  • How to install products:

    1. Download a product from www.friedcookie.com by choosing it in the menu and clicking on “Free Download."
    2. Choose “Save” in the pop up browser window. After downloading, click "run."
    3. Follow the Setup Wizard by clicking “Next”, “I agree”, “Install”, “Next” and “Finish.”
    4. Your product is now installed and you can run it from the Windows Start menu
  • HOW DO I UNINSTALL A PRODUCT?

    1. Open Windows Control Panel
    2. Click Programs and Features
    3. Find FriedCookie software by its name
    4. Click Uninstall
  • WHAT PLATFORMS DO FRIED COOKIE PRODUCTS WORK ON (DOES IT WORK ON MAC)?

    Our programs work on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. MacOS is not yet supported.

  • HOW OFTEN ARE THERE UPDATES AND HOW CAN I KNOW?

    Become a fan of Fried Cookie on our Facebook page and you will be the first to know about our updates and new software.

  • HOW TO INSTALL UPDATES?

    For installing new versions of our software you need to download and install it again from our website.

  • DO I NEED ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE (CODECS, PROGRAMS ETC.)?

    For some programs you will need to install the .NET Framework. In this case, the program itself will help you download and install this framework.
